Due to the importance of regional cuisine, with many cities and small towns that pride themselves for their own traditions and culinary specialties, and also thanks to the many diverse influences from people who have come to the peninsula, the number of Italian recipes are endless.

The cuisine has a vast depth, appreciated all over the world for being so diverse, healthy and nutritious, being passed down through the centuries within the family life. The peasants’ footprint, especially, can be seen by the use of ingredients grown from the land, often showing the roots of their traditions.

Courses

All the courses are held by professional Chefs who will get you to prepare with your own hands, typical italian dishes. You will be provided with all the teaching material and cooking utensils necessary (aprons, plates, pans, etc. etc.).

Basic Course: The Mediterranean Diet
The weekly course is made up of 5 daily lessons, each 3 hours long, during which you will make first and second courses, and a dessert, matched with antipasti’s.
This is a course not to be missed for those who want to get to know the basics of italian cooking, whether it be for complete beginners, or for those who are already confident in the kitchen.
Duration: Minimun 1 week
Price: 250euros
Lessons: 3 hours per day, from Monday to Friday
Monday: Pasta
Tuesday: Risotto
Wednesday: Meat
Thrusday: Fish
Friday: Dessert

Basic Course + Advanced course on Pizza
Basic Course + A day course, 3 hours long, in which you can make any type of Pizza!
You can enjoy eating your pizza at the end of the lesson, having discovered the secrets of a genuine Italian pizza-man!
Duration: 1 day
Lessons: 3 hours on Saturday
Price: 65 euros
